For almost a year, we tried to sell our home in Daytona. It seemed as if we were never going to sell our house. Once our original contract ended, we interviewed several realty companies. We were frustrated and fed-up with the whole processes. We finally decided to give Alice Cooper and Adams Cameron a chance. It was the best decision we made. Alice was always calm, professional, helpful and extremely knowledgeable on every situation that came up. Alice and her team knew which sign was HOA approved and installed it right away. That weekend, she set up an open house. In no time, we had an offer, then we had a back-up offer. When the first buyers financing fell through, she immediately called the back up offer...sadly they already had a contract on another home. So she called other potential buyers that had been at the open house and just like that...we had another offer. She never stopped reaching out to buyers and showing our house until it was sold. Alice, Cindy and her team worked tirelessly to get our house sold and did it in less than 3 months from start to finish! Words cannot express just how happy we were with Alice and her team. We highly recommend them to anyone that wants a realtor that will look out for them and get the job done! Thank you Alice and Cindy for everything you did for us, you guys are rock stars!
