I moved to Daytona in Feb. of 2022. I have been on a search for a home for almost a year. Starting working with Lynn and with in a week, with her help found a home and purchased this home/closed 30 days later. Lynn was so knowledgeable, helpful and made this process so simple. She directed me each step of the way on what I needed to provide and where I needed to be which made this so easy for me. Lynn was amazing in helping us find a house in the Daytona/Port Orange area. She was a great negotiator and made sure we didn't overpay for the neighborhood we were looking at. She even stood in for us during the buyer's inspection because we were unable to be there in time. Would highly recommend!

Absolute great experience from offer to close. Could not ask for a better realtor Lynn Courington to make it an easy process. Was able to work around my schedule to do the showing and even work through a weekend to make sure we had all the information needed to make the right decisions. Lynn was very knowledgeable with both FMV but also had resources available to meet with us to get us accurate costs to do the work we needed done on the house. Thank you for what you did!
