Tom Cooper

We contacted Tom Cooper once we decided to move to FL, however, our timing was up in the air with medical issues and selling a home in CO. Tom was so good to work with as he sent us weekly reports and homes for sale in the area for months. Finally after 8 months, our time line was set and we made a trip to FL snd spent the day with Tom and found our new home. His approach was always helpful without pressure. Perhaps the best experience we've ever had with a real estate company dnd agent. His company did reports for us and allowed us to narrow down neighborhoods and homes months before we made the physical trip to FL. So easy snd wonderful to work with professionals.

Lynn Courington

I moved to Daytona in Feb. of 2022. I have been on a search for a home for almost a year. Starting working with Lynn and with in a week, with her help found a home and purchased this home/closed 30 days later. Lynn was so knowledgeable, helpful and made this process so simple. Absolute great experience from offer to close. Could not ask for a better realtor Lynn Courington to make it an easy process. Was able to work around my schedule to do the showing and even work through a weekend to make sure we had all the information needed to make the right decisions. Lynn was very knowledgeable with both FMV but also had resources available to meet with us to get us accurate costs to do the work we needed done on the house. Thank you for what you did!
